I believe that the goal of credit card companies today is confuse the merchant and business owner. My job is to insert clarity and instill confidence for our clients by delivering first class service, continuing education and cutting edge technology in the credit processing arena. That is a big charge, in an industry whose reputation is quite dented and scarred.
With over 30 years in the industry, I have truly seen it all, and it’s my belief that Unless you've lived through the evolution I don't believe you can serve effectively. And that is what I'm here to do – serve our clients. We do that by delivering: Price or fees that are simple and transparent, technology that is state of the art, and total access to my staff that has lived the story with me.

I like to think my specialty is making pieces of the puzzle work so our customer, our service providers and my Abtek team members all get what they need.
I finished my 3rd year of college at Duquesne University with a major in music performance.
1949 Crosley, the family jewel. The only stipulation was assembling it and making it road worthy… at it’s best by today’s standards, it wouldn’t make the cut but what an experience.
Least favorite food
Asparagus – actually, I’m not the only one that doesn’t like it. No need to worry about pesticides, bugs don’t even like it.
